How happy i was..couldn’t say it with any words.
Finally “Penelitian Luar, KIR” could be held. After i had waited for it since
the begining of first semester (FYI: it was held on the mid of second semester), on 20 March 2012 we could realize it! “We”??
Hmm.. maybe it should “I”. Yupz.. “I” and some of “We”. Don’t get it??
Nevermind ^^ Only Almighty God and me who know it. Amin. Heheheheh.
I don’t want to tell about how we did it. But i
will tell the story how to realize it. And it was.. very very very tiring! I
could be mad because of the burden, but fortunatelly i didn’t *it was almost
actually*. According to my experiences before in KIR, i’ve never become the
secretary. And for “Penelitian Luar” event i was the secretary. I chose to be
secretary by myself. Because, no matter what was my employent every event, i
had to do the proposal, permit, and other things relate on it (=secretary’s
job).
Yah, jujur.. kita udah nge-pospone PL 2 kali.
Pertama, waktu itu masih jamannya ketua Osis yang lama, mas Gal**. Dan yang
kedua, waktu itu tanggal 15 Maret 2012. Yang alhamdulillah bisa jadi baru
tanggal 20 Maret 2012.
Siang itu, tanggal 7 Maret hari Rabu.. gue sama beberapa
senior yang lain ngadain meeting semua anggota buat pendaftaran, yang saat itu
gue agendain buat tanggal 15 Maret kita bisa PL. Yah, baru pendaftaran aja
sudah susyee.. Mana ada yang nggak dateng. Honestly, Junior was more discipline
than Senior. At that time, I myself had started doing the proposal. And on Friday, the proposal had been printed
and I asked the executive chief, it was my friend, Ard***, to request the proposal’s approval from OSIS chief and OSIS secretary
chief. After it had successed, I wanted
to request the proposal’s approval from KIR’s mentor. But at that
day, he wasn’t in school. So we had to wait untill Monday.
Well, Monday? You know? It was Mid
Semester Test in my school. Beside i had to prepare for the test, i had to do
the proposal, too. On Monday, Ard*** and I did requesting the proposal’s approval from KIR’s mentor and distributed the permission letter for member’s parents after school. Because if we did it on the morning
before the test, i’m sure i would be killed by Math test!
After requested the proposal’s approval from vice principal, i made the
invitation letter for mentors. And after the all stuff almost had been
finished, the funniest thing was that the executive chief had to do, made the
visiting permit to the BBPPTOOT (the place we would visit for PL), hadn’t been done! Should I did that by
myself? While we all were waiting for the answer from BBPPTOOT, we requested the proposal’s approval from Principal. It was the
scariest part, met the principal. I couldn’t imagine the comments that he would
say to us. We did it on Tuesday, and the thing that had made the
atmosphere better was i had faced Mr.
Principal before i faced biology test! *applauses*.
He was smiled to Ard*** and I,
(only) in the beginning. No, he always smiled, but.. his smile was.. ermm.. odd
*Mianhe* *bows*. Ard** said our purpose
to him – He read the proposal - *read read read* - And he stared at us –
Gaaaahhh~!! And he said this and that
about the budget, transport, and others. And he had stopped after read the permission letter for member’s parents. There was a sentence (that
depended on his view) that was wrong. He
asked me to correct it then i had to face him later. But it was only one.. oh
maybe, two.. okay.., two sentences that
was wrong and i had to face him again later? And the event was two days after,
we didn’t have any time *but remember, we still waited the answer from
BBPPTOOT*. So, I just said... *i’m sure inside my brain was blank at that
time*... “Mr. How if you give the signature on the proposal first, then i will
correct it. Because it is actually hard to meet you. The point here is you’ve
given the permission, haven’t you?”. And before he replied, i just said again..
“.. the signature palce is on the bottom, and the sentences that i should
correct it on the top. Although u’ve given the signature I still can correct it
by print out the correct sentences and attach it on the wrong part. Then I
copy it”. Then the principal.. “Oh... so like that? Smart. Okay”. I don’t lie.
I really said that all and he really replied like it!
