Short Trip to Malang (part2) !

Second day!

On the second day of the event, all the participants were going to Pujon Village. So, it said that we had to gather on 8 am. But suddenly i got a text on the morning that we had to gather at 7 am! 

Sooo... that's why i'd been on Brawijaya University already around 7. I didn't take any breakfast, because i thought that i would be given a breakfast by the commitee, and yeah they gave me only snack.

We took a van cars, and arrived about 10 am on Pujon. Pujon Village is placed on high land. I think Pujon is higher than Batu, because it was colder there on Pujon. There was folk festival on that village and we watched some traditional performances showed on the stage. It was good.

Don't forget, milking cows! Okay i didn't did it because i was busy following a cute cat i found around the cows.  But, for the first time in forever,  i'm not start to drama queen-ing, i DID drink whole milk! I mean it's real whole milk! I mean.... 

Yeah, the cattleman had just collected the milk from the cow (milking), and you know, he just put the milk on a kinda bucket, and poured it to a kinda pot, actually i wasn't sure what he did, and he boiled it! I knew where it went, so yeah i was right... he insisted me to drink it. It tasted like... i was not sure tho. It was not that bad actually, but still the smell.. ugh... it smelled like cow! Just lemme tell you my conversation with one of the cattleman,

"So, Sir, i guessed you drink whole milk everyday, since you can easily get it"

"Hmm... nope. I didn't drink it actually"

"Oh why?"

"I  just can't take a single gulp because everytime i wanna drink it, i always imagine the smell of the cow, and the cow itself"

What.the.funny. 

Even the cattleman didn't like it.

Okay, talking about drinking whole milk makes me *(*&^x@*^x

Move to our last destination, Curug!! It took about an hour by foot to get there! We walked through the pines trees along the way. It was beautiful, and we couldn't stop doing selfie.

We came back to the village to took our dinner. It was about 7 am. And the most sad moment was 'closing ceremony'! No one wanted it but we had to. 

Bye?

We decided not to say goodbye, because we just started being friend. And hoping we will meet again later on a good time.

New Empire - A Little Braver (OST Uncontrollably Fond)

Don't tell me that you haven't heard about Uncontrollably Fond. Because, i think it's one of most popular korean drama right now, right now! Even if you don't like watching korean drama, one of your many-friends, that must be one of korean drama lovers, would.babble about this drama. So, there's no reason you never heard this drama. Sorry, i insist. 

Okay, this one is one of the soundtrack of UF. This is the first soundtrack on this drama that attract my attention, since the lyric is in english language and kinda easy to remember. I used to like this soundtrack, but after i've found the original music video from its original singer, it's actually band, i love it! It has been long since the drama started but i've just known the full lyric of this soundtrack this morning.   

Short Trip to Malang (part 1) !

FYI, this was my very first time trip to east java. Just say that, because my last trip visiting east java was like maybe when i was eight or nine years old, so it's not counted as one. 

Malang!!

Soooo... my trip was actually not a pure-vacation. The main reason why i decided to go to Malang was because there was an event i had to attend on Brawijaya University. The event was something like conference, it's international conference, about climate change, that was organized by IAAS (International Association of Student in Agricultural and Related Scince). The event was held for two days, and there were indoor and outdoor activities. The indoor one were all about presentations and discussions. There were some experts that gave the participants knowledges about climate change issues. Okay, i wasn't going to talk much about this indoor activity. And about the outdoor one, i will talk about it below.

I took Matarmaja train on Sunday, and arrived in Malang on Monday. My senior-high-school-friend, who let me slept on her boarding house for 3 days, picked me on the Kota Malang train station. Thanks, she didn't have any schedule on campus (that was what i thought, untill she admited that she played truant -_- ). My first meal on Malang was Soto Banjar. Okay don't ask me why it's Soto Banjar, not Soto Malang. It's just because when i was asked by my friend 'what meal that i want' and i just said 'anything' then she brought me to Soto Banjar. Well, it was pretty delicious tho!

First day! It was still Monday, and the the conference was held on Tuesday, so that's why i asked my friend to take me around Malang on that day. Then we decided to go to Angkot Museum and around Batu city. It was still about 1 pm, when my friend was starting the engine. Then she suddenly turned it off. Well, 'what happend?' i said. 'Wait, we forget our jackets, let's back to my room and take it on. It will be cold on the way'. Like what, it was 1 pm and she asked me to wear jacket, because it would be cold? I just answered 'Well, yeah. Just stay here i will take mine and yours'. I knew that Malang's usually cold since it's on high land, but i still couldn't imagine how cold Malang would be.

Another food, was bakso malang (meatball)!. Bakso malang is very famous, and i often eat it too on Jakarta or on my hometown. So that i wanted to taste bakso malang from its original making place. Aaaand.... i just knew that you can choose the types of meatball and take how many meatball by yourself  when you buy bakso malang on Malang! Sooo.... i had eight ball of bakso on my bowl! Ah, plus one from my friend, she was already full and couldn't finish her bakso. It's nine! Yeah, i sucessed transfering nine delicious bakso from my bowl to my stomach, and it made my friend amazed. Or maybe shocked. Oh, i almost forget, my another special food was sempol. It was kinda street snack, and not that bad. It tasted like cilok, but it's not cilok.    

Move, second day! The conference's started. A day full of presentations and discussions, and...let's just skip it since i won't talk about climate issues here.

FYI i'm on my final test week actually. It's two weeks long and i just finished the first week. Wish me luck! Ja ne~~

Plus, it was still about 2 or 3 pm and it was already sooo cold on Malang and Batu. Thanks to my friend suggested me to bring jacket.

There were about five songs. You can find the others songs yourself. There are many anime soundtracks that will give you more energy, and you will like it, just like meh. Childish? Well, actually the main reason why i like listening to j-pop or anime soundtrack is that they often have positive lyrics on it. And it's sometimes give me a good vibe. So, just call me childish or everything, it's just music ;p
